Brief History
Born a slave on Mertí, she was rescued from slavery - and the cruel attentions of the Comte du Beárn, governor of the island - by the Rose and Cross. They took her back to Montaigne and trained her to be a knight. Sometime after her return to Montaigne, the Comte caught up with her, demanding that she be returned to him in a court of law. The intercession of a Musketeer earned her the legal freedom the Rose and Cross had given her, and after she became a knight she was sent to Paix to watch over Aleksei.
